Unfortunately, my first experience here was disappointing. I ordered flautas de pollo to go, and instead of them being golden, they were almost burnt. I would have appreciated the salad that came with it on the side versus on the flautas, but I can take responsibility for not reading that it came with a salad and for not asking for it on the side. Usually, flautas only bring the lettuce, sour cream, cheese & avocado. I had never experience the pico de gallo mixed with it. I’m sure each place is different, but it would have been helpful if someone confirmed the ingredients for the dish or if the pico de gallo (meant to be the salad, I guess) was given on a container on the side. The lettuce also seemed to have been barely chopped and just thrown into the plate. The green sauce was terrible. Super watered down. I’m not sure how to put that nicely. Whoever made the food forgot to add a little love to it. I don’t think I will be returning to this place. The food wasn’t worth the money. I really do wish I had a different experience. Please take this as constructive criticism so that other people can enjoy the food. Thanks!
To the owners. Due to the attention received from the curly haired girl up front I would never return to this location. Made very rude comments and very bad attitude. Made it feel like it was a burden for us to order food there. This type of attitude is unacceptable for a place customers go to pay for a product/ service. Your employees need help in their customer service skills.
